Synapse Bootcamp is not just about theory, it's a hands-on introduction to Synapse Enterprise. The course is designed to keep you engaged with a blend of background material on the architecture, data model, and analytical model, and practical in-class exercises that will keep you active and involved.

Students will learn the features and components of Synapse Enterprise, how to navigate and work with data using the Synapse UI (Optic), and the fundamentals of the Storm query language. They will examine critical parts of the data model used for cyber threat intelligence (CTI) and threat tracking/threat hunting and gain practical experience with important tools such as Spotlight and Stories.

These sessions bring Synapse Enterprise users “face-to-face” with Vertex analysts for real-time discussion, collaboration, and feedback in a virtual setting. This live instructor-led training can be completed in approximately 32 hours total (including instructor time, labs/exercises, and breaks), equivalent to four full training days.

This learning path is designed to give you control over your journey. It offers the slides, exercises, and answer keys Synapse Bootcamp instructors use to lead the live online training. These materials are available to both Synapse Enterprise customers and users to study and complete at their own pace, giving you the independence to learn when and where you want.
