By requesting an evaluation of the Synapse software, you agree that:

• This demo service is only to help you decide if you would like to officially work with us or otherwise in connection with a non-commercial, educational project. You may not use the demo service for any other purpose.
• We’ve built the demo services with reasonable capacity and security, but we have not gone crazy. Ergo, you may not put an excessive load on the demo or use sensitive or production data. Please don’t do it. If you have any questions about how much load you can use, please reach out to us at support@vertex.link.
• We don’t promise, but we’ll likely keep your demo account active so long as you are using the demo in accordance with these rules. If you don’t log in for 30 days, we may terminate your account. We don’t offer service levels or availability guaranties.
• Here is what our lawyers required us to say (and they also inserted the word “Ergo”):
  • We can turn the demo off whenever we want, even if we don’t provide you notice.
  • You cannot modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise try to derive the source code or sensitive information from any part of the demo.
  • We welcome your comments, suggestions, ideas and feedback regarding the Synapse demo -- and if you provide this feedback, we can use it in any way we want without any obligation to pay you or otherwise compensate you. Thank you!
  • WE MAKE THE DEMO AVAILABLE “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AND WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEMO, INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL AND SPECIAL DAMAGES, WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT OUR LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO $100.
